El Chalten in Winter

I'm looking for info on the scene at El Chalten in winter. I've been down there in summer, so I have an idea on the lay of the land, but I can't find a lot of info about being there in winter. I'll probably be down there next June and would like to do some backpacking, if conditions allow.I'm  happy enough  camping in the cold and trudging through snow. I don't intend to do any technical climbing. Can anyone recommend a good cheap place to stay in town that is going to be open? Last time I camped at El RelIncho, but this time  I'd  rather have a roof over my head while in town. Also, any thoughts or experiences about the possibility of doing the Huemel Circuit in winter? I'll be travelling on my own, but would be happy to have some company while  backpacking.

Any comments  or info in general would be  appreciated.

Aylen Aike should be open in the winter.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
