Estes Park - Driveway or recommended spot for van camping

Hello! 

I am looking for a safe place to park my Ford Econoline van for the night (6/17-6/18), preferably without getting rolled up on.

If you have space in a driveway and room in your heart for a new friend, I can provide monetary and/or beer compensation! 

If you just know of a good/ non sketch place that's cool too!

This is probably more of a last resort, but my friend and I spent multiple nights car camping at the movie theater last season and never had an issue.
