Wanting to learn how to trad climb at Trout Creek, OR

Hi guys, I want to learn how to trad climb as the topic title said. I've gone sport climbing and enjoy it but I feel as there is something missing. Thus, I'm lead to trad climbing. There's a 5.9 hand crack and a 5.11a finger crack at the gym I go to that I have climbed but since that's the only crack climbing I've done and indoor grading is not always representative of outdoor climbing anyways, I am in need of someone to show me how to do this right....
