Hey I'm looking for some moderate grade sport multi-pitch or bolted anchor trad in the SD or WY area. Trying to come back from a shoulder injury and avoid any surprises... Can anyone help?

Swift Creek Spire near Pinedale is the only thing that jumps to mind for bolted multipitch in WY.  There is also some stuff at Rock Springs Buttress that mixes bolts and gear.

What do you mean by moderate? The Tower comes to mind. East Gruesome, International Chimney, Garfield Goes to Washington - there's plenty of trad with bolted anchors. A few sporty bolted routes in the Needles, but about 3 pitches max.
