Hi, one of the springs on one lobe has come loose and is no longer sitting in its channel. I don't mean it is sitting slightly above the lobe, as they often do, but almost completely out, including the end of the spring--which is now sticking 2cm out from the lobe. Any one found a way of getting the spring back where it should be?

Thanks

I've seen this happen with CCH Aliens.  The 90* bend in the end of the spring isn't enough to anchor that end into the channel in the axle.  I believe to fix it you need to remove the cap/nut at the end of the axle and bend a bit more crimp into the end of the spring.  I don't know how TB ends are affixed; with CCH they just unscrewed (and need Loctite when they're put back on).

Please see image. I think the ends would be impossible for me to remove.

I think you're right. So... plan B = send it to Totem for repair?

Poke a loop of fishing line in from the side where it should be and try to pull it into position that way?
