I have to go to Colorado Springs for work this Tues/Wed. I'll probably have a couple free hours in the afternoon, so I was planning on bringing a rope and small bit of gear to top rope solo a few routes on the south side of Kindergarten rock. However, I read the regulations on the permit page and it says:
"Technical Climbing is permitted.

Does that mean top rope soloing isn't allowed, because you can only climb with other people? Has anyone asked the rangers about this? I would still be using the required safety equipment, so I'm wondering if they just didn't think about the wording or if they really want you to have a partner in case of accident/injury.
