Found cam at White Rock Overlook

Extracted a cam from Polly's crack at the Overlook. Would like to give it back to the owner.

Hey Chuck, I was there with an outting of the Pittsburgh explorers club this past weekend I would imagine it was left by one of them, I will post it to their site and try and find the owner.
