Last night I put in an order for a narrow cam hook on Mountain Tools' website (https://www.mtntools.com/cat/rclimb/bolts/mosescamhooks.htm). I put in all my personal info and card info and tried submitting but my transaction didn't go through. Has anyone else had problems with this site? Are there any other places to get a cam hook?

Have you tried contacting Mountain Tools directly and asking them about this? They are a very reputable shop and are responsive even via e-mails.

I would call them today. They are very  Responsive, I have ordered several things from them over the years and always found it easier to put my order in over the phone. Website has always  seemed a little cumbersome to me..

I've been buying from Larry and Jane for almost 30 years.  I always use their website for information and then call them.  That way I get the benefit of their expertise and up to date availability information.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
