Looking to re-lace my mythos but was unsure how long the laces are. If anyone knows please feel free to share.

Thanks.

I've heard 72" but don't really know.

When I relace my Mythos, I'm going to do what I've done with other climbing shoes:

Use black 550 Paratroopers cord. Cut to length. Pull the guts out to make it flat. Heat seal the ends with a lighter to make the aglets.

Yep, 72", or 6 feet. I've seen three pairs of Mythos re-laced in the past few months, each time using 72", which worked well.

Thanks for the info and links. Looks like I've got a fun project on my hands!

I just re-laced a pair 43.5 Mythos with flattened paracord (cores removed). The original laces measured 78". A piece of wire hanger folded in half makes a fine Mythos lacing instrument.

La Sportiva shows under the product information tab, 172cm. Online conversion web sites put this at 67.72 inches.

Also, you may appreciate the lacing instructions since it is not straight forward.

Edit: I wonder how accurate this is since most of you are using longer laces?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
