Leavenworth in late March?

Planning on heading to Leavenworth from PDX in late March--how (generally speaking) is the weather? Is it likely to be so wet that we should head to Smith instead? Happy to deal with a little rain but not the entire time. Will there be snow?

Also, favorite camping spots? Preferably close to the Icicle Creek area.

Lots of snow still. Head to smith

You may find a few dry crags, but the area is still very wet and snow covered.

If this was 2015 or 2016, you'd have had a great time climbing rock.

But this year has the most low-elevation snowpack in a decade. Bring skis. Or go to Smith.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
