Scout Rock (St. Vrain) route question

Was climbing at Scout Rock outside of Lyons in the St. Vrain and noticed a single bolt on a flared crack to off width line that isn't listed on MP nor is it in the Gillett guide.

It is about 20 feet to the right of Little Bear. There is a single bolt fairly high up (ankle breaker for certain) in a flared crack or groove that leads up to a stout off width.

There are bolts and chains at the top which came in handy for retrieving the gear we had to lower off of as this was brutal and far beyond our ability. Just getting to the off width section was only possible by a little aid climbing on some small cams.

Does anyone happen to know the name of this route and any history behind it?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
