Any locals know what the rock is like this week? Ya, rain/snow through tomorrow, but is there snow on top? Weather looks good week following, just wonder about the white.
Thanks.
Addendum: Partner bailed, now looking at the 5th-7th. 5th looks wet.
Also, any camping ideas. Looks like forest service all around, any sweet spots?

I've been there a few days after the weather forecast has said snow for Tollhouse and had perfect weather. The road may have snow (Burrough mountain), but Tollhouse rock itself is lower in elevation, just about 4000. You should be ok.

Some walls may have water streaks, like Hippo or Sunday Afternoon, and beneath the cap rocks, but Tollhouse rock just bakes all day so you should be good on the main stuff. I've never seen snow at the top of Tollhouse Rock.

Have fun! Love that place. I

Sweet. Anyone else want to chime in?

My rule of thumb for Tollhouse is that I want one or two sunny days preceding a trip there. I have seen snow on the dirt road (Burroughs?) on the top, but the face of Tollhouse is completely dry due to the south-facing aspect.

What a fun place to climb moderate multipitch.

Most of the classics dry quickly - The Traverse, Elephant Walk, Free and Easy, Wandering Taoist etc. It will for sure be all dry by March 1st. I was there yesterday, everything was climbable.

No snow on top, the road is a bit rougher than normal because of all the rain.

Curious about conditions and if you had a good time. Because I care. :)
