Tendon atrophy rates

We understand that tendons develop approximately 6 times slower than muscle strength. My question is, at what rate do they atrophy? I've climbed for over 25 years at decent levels but am coming off a 3 year injury spree (spawned by disease, not training failures).
With concentrated and organized effort, I am now rapidly returning to my peak performance levels on sport and bouldering. I am trying to maximize hypertrophy effects in muscle strength while remaining injury free.
Does anyone have any data or experience on this?
Thanks

I believe this is incorrect.
Do you have any evidence? Can you provide any citations?
