Methods for logging/tracking your training regimen?

The past year and a half I've fallen in love with climbing. I've been an athlete my whole life, but it was always team sports with a coach. I never had to figure out how to train, just turn my mind off and do what the coach said.

My climbing training has always been "climb as much as possible and have a blast doing it". I love that, but I'd like to try the "Building a Better Climber" training series by Rock and Ice.

Anyway, does anybody have any tips, or use any programs or apps that would help with planning this? It's not overly complicated, and I know I could just use pen and paper, but I figured somebody out there has a better method.
