Hi my name is Colt, I'm a down to earth, friendly, outdoor adventuring 23 year old male. Lookin for a place to stay in the boulder area! I am clean and pick up after myself, don't have any pets, don't smoke and don't drink very often. I pay my bills on time and am respectful. My main hobbies include skydiving, speedflying, rock climbing , ice climbing and mountaineering. Looking to spend $400-$500 all I need is a room and space for my toolbox in your garage. Let me know if you would like more info. Thanks!

Good luck in a hot housing market here.
Rooms start st $800+/- a month.
You might have some luck in neighboring areas.
(Not trying to put you down, but inform you of averages here..)

When I moved to boulder the cheapest I found was 750 and that was a year ago. My rent now has gone up to 850. If you find something for that low please let me know where. I would look into living in longtucky, loveland or castle rock if that is the price you are wanting to spend.
