Finger Flexor Pain at A2 and down palm/forearm

Hey everyone,

I've been having some mild pain in my finger at the A2 pulley when climbing harder climbs but the pain dissipates quickly after some forearm stretching. Also, sometimes a very mild ache can be felt through the finger, down my palm and past my wrist into the forearm. Nothing to write home about in terms of pain but definitely present and noticeable.

It seems to be some irritation of the flexor tendon though not sure what it is exactly. I haven't seen a doctor for this yet but am considering it. It has been a recurring thing with me over the last year but don't know how to treat it. Any suggestions?
