Hey everyone! I over stressed my a2 pulleys on all my fingers except my thumbs doing a lot of climbing and downhill mtb and have been trying to let them heal since the end of September but they are still sore although getting better. I'm wondering if anyone knows any good therapists for climbers that can help me get some good rehab program going and assess my healing progress because I just feel like it's taking along time for the soreness to dissipate. I'm in Denver. Thanks for any info!
