Spring Valley, home invasion, Tuesday, January 4. So far, all that I'm sure of is that these are missing:

#5 C4, very lightly used
Two #4 C4s, one of them unused
All of these had magenta Trango gear tape

Trango Vergo, new, not in packaging

If you come across a suspiciously good deal on any of these, please take it; I'll buy them back from you.

Scary. Were you present for the invasion? Glad you weren't hurt.

Strange that the intruders would take climbing gear. I thought a home invasion usually involved drugs or cash.

All of the tiny spaces, cushions, packages, envelopes, etc. that had evidently been opened suggested that cash or drugs may have been the initial objective. In default of that, all of my backpacks, duffel bags, messenger bags, rope bags, etc., were pulled out of the gear room, stuffed with small items, and set by the back doors.

And I should have added this detail to my original post: "home invasion - interrupted in progress."
