When does red point become an onsite again?

Kind of a tongue in cheek question. How long would it take for a previous red point attempt to convert back to an onsite.

I went back to a climb I had not done in 7 years. Forgot everything about it and was wondering if I sent it on my first try ,does it count as an onsite.

What happens if you are older and forget things easily?

Is there a equation that factors in age and length away from climb?

What happens if I blow an onsite when I am 21 and then come back when I am 50 and send it first try?

Everything retro is the rage. You're winning the game.

I think it is called a retro onsite.

what if you forget that your draws are pre-hung? does that turn a pink point into a red point? after all, you had the intention of placing draws...

Try not to worry about what to call it... it doesn't matter anyway.

Number of years since previous go divided by average number of stars times your age divided by 50 must be greater than 5

My partners and I have used "senior flash", although that can be interpreted differently if you are Hispanic and only hearing it.

I believe you're thinking of Foreigner.

A Madonna flash would be claiming a FA of a route that had been previously climbed "like a virgin."
