Anyone tried Dome Rock or Pinnacles in the winter? Coming from the central coast, it's a bit more reasonable for a weekend than Josh, but not if we'll be dealing with a ton of snow and such. Anyone have some experience in this area pre-spring?

Roads closed to Dome Rock. its a couple more miles uphill of an approach added. Snow is very likely so i wouldn't count on a warm dry climb.

Thanks Rkelly666 --that's the thing I was not sure of. It sounded like there could be some days in the 50-60's, but if there is snow I'd rather just go someplace else until later.

Look into Tollhouse for easy-moderate, multi-pitch winter climbing on granite...
