Been watching this go up past several months on the way home from my current job. Decided to look closer yesterday. That is real shotcrete about 8-10" thick. And the cracks are deep enough for jams.

I was expecting to see housing from The Wire Season 2 and wondered how it would tie into climbing. I was way off.

Kinda hard to rap when your anchor's on fire. Best to have one pre-rigged and eschew the backup.
