Hey MP,

Me and my two brothers were hoping to do a few days of resort skiing next weekend but are thinking with the conditions it might be best to pursue some other adventures - shooting range, off roading, ice climbing? What would you put on the list of to dos for 3 guys looking to get a variety of Colorado adventures under our belt over 3 or 4 days? Any suggestions?

Does it have to be Colorado?

Moab is a great option if you don't mind the drive.

MTB, hiking, off-roading, canyoneering....

We have good snow already and ice on the pass. Piedra canyon is still climbable.
Plenty of Hot Springs and breweries. Just an hour from Durango and its amenities including great bouldering practically in town, East Animas etc. Weather looks good for some late year rock in this area.

We are getting a huge storm right now.

The skiing will probably be pretty good this weekend (Think Steamboat/Vail/Wolf Creek)

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
