Hey New Yorkers I'll be in Manhattan near 65th for a week. Anyone willing to let me borrow, rent or share a pad?

They put woodchips at the bottom of rocks, and none of them are all that high or difficult. Probably only need it for Worthless.

You can rent one at Steep Rock Bouldering (97th and lex) for $20/day (I think). Some people in the park will be willing to share though. Just have to find them which is less likely now that it's cold.

There are many harder problems and also some taller stuff too. A pad is certainly useful, although it is true that you could climb without one for a day or so if you just stick to easy lowballs.

When are you in the city?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
