Is the Weyerhauser recreational permit still required for there? On their site I didn't see any area near roseburg that was available to purchase. (Not that I would at 350 bucks. But I did check out of curiosity)

Roseburg as in the town? They hate recreation. The local chapter of th access fund has been trying to lease the land for a while though but Weyerhauser is the opposite of helpful or accommodating. You can always sneak in though and risk a ticket. Security is sparse and can be done if you go about it right.

That seems to be all small towns in Oregon.
