Yosemite or Tahoe this week

I'm interested in climbing this week. I have a flexible schedule, live in SF and am able to climb pretty much any day this week starting Tuesday. Interested in getting on multipitch or cragging or in doing a wall if I found a suitable partner, as the weather looks great this week. Would also be down for a day trip to Surgarloaf or the Leap. I lead up to 10+/11- on gear and can follow a bit harder - am happy to get on or linkup some longer moderates as well. Ari
