From Staten Island and you climb?

Just wondering if anyone else from Staten Island is on here. I rarely meet other climbers from the island. Say hi. =)

Looks like y'all could use a climbing gym over there. Your borough president actually wrote the owners of Brooklyn Boulders asking them to consider building a gym on Staten Island.

I didn't know that! There IS a gym in Staten Island, but it is rather small. 20 ft walls and a few auto belays. But it's a start. I usually head to NJ to climb, though.

But its a kids' gym!

Yeah, I know. But like I said, it's a start. =)
