Perfect location- under 5 minutes to Trax, ski bus, groceries, climbing gym, I-15, and Dimple Dell park. Under 30 minutes to all ski resorts.
The house is a split level with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very spacious gear room (468 square feet) in the downstairs with lots of shelves for organizing. Upstairs is the master bedroom and a guest room/home office (we can negotiate use of the guest room if you have friends/family visiting from out of town). Downstairs are two bedrooms and one bath. You will be sharing the full bath with one other person, currently a guy.
All utilities, high speed (75 mbps) internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO streaming included in rent! Full use of fully stocked kitchen (with second fridge) gear room, living room and garage storage. Separate entrance to the lower level if you are a hermit.
About the current occupants:
We are Dan and Rae, a married couple that just moved to SLC after five years of working seasonally as climbing guides in the Red River Gorge. We love to adventure and we work a ton of overtime so we can take long vacations. We are gone about 75% of the weekends and we take a 5+ day trip about once a month. Dan works out of state from October-May, so currently Rae is the only one here.
Evan is the renter you will be sharing a bathroom with. Evan is a seasonal backcountry ranger at Rocky Mountain National Park and will be here until May.
We all work hard and play outside harder. We like to cook, we enjoy sharing what we cook and we're pretty laid back. We're not neat freaks, but we're not slobs either. We like to have a few people over for dinner regularly, but we aren't huge partiers. We work early, so we generally try to go to bed between 9 and 10. We do drink regularly, but never to excess and we are not LDS but are fine with people of all, or no, faiths.
Who we are looking for:
Man or Woman is fine, LDS or not is fine. We're LGBTQ friendly and will regularly have people from non LDS backgrounds over, so we would like someone who is open minded and respectful. We will be away from home for long periods of time, so most importantly we want someone we can trust to be in our house with all of our belongings when we are gone. While we are 420 friendly ideologically, this is not a 420 friendly household. No drugs or drug paraphernalia on property.
Lease is Month-to-month. First, Last, and security (250) due when you move in. OR 250 security, credit check, and proof of income. Ski season renters are welcome.
Dogs are welcome, but they must be potty trained, well behaved and non chewers. Additional 250 deposit for a dog. Large fenced yard.
