Smuggler's Notch Gate Closed for the winter

With the overnight snow the gates leading into the notch are now closed until April/May. Just figured I'd give everyone a heads up since it seems like a lot more people are traveling to Smuggs these days.

Hiking in isn't bad, I'm no hiker and I had no problems when I did before. You can hit up the Roots boulder on the way in for a warmup pitstop.

It's a mile to a mile and a half to the bouldering depending on whether you park at Smuggs or Stowe. If your looking to Boulder, park smuggs side
