Hey all I will be traveling down to EPC solo and looking for partners January 5th-17th. On sighting into 5.10d-11a range, and have a good amount of experience on long multi pitch trad routes. Mainly interested in getting on the longer classics (Yankee clipper, Time Wave Zero) but stoked on anything high off the ground! This will be my first international climbing trip as well as my first travel experience outside the U.S (not including Canada) so I had a few general questions. Money: how much cash (roughly) should one person expect to bring? Or do grocery stores and other places normally take debit cards? I am planning on camping at La Posada, so should I bother bringing a stove? Any information would be helpful! Thanks!

Posada has kitchen, stoves, refrigerators, running water, showers etc, and a restaurant

ATMs are available in town, but a little bit hit or miss. They work when they work.

Yes, some grocery stores take credit/debit cards.

You'll have a great time! My favorite route in your range was Two pumped Chump 5.11a, good fun! Also quite liked Pitch Black 5.10+ though be careful about getting off, raps were funky at best. And Blind faith 5.11a... awesome!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
