arco/North Italy

Nope. I've climbed there with an Italian dude that didn't speak a lick of inglese. Just walked into a bar to get a caffé, and one of the English- speaking employees there introduced me to him. Fortunately, I'd been decently in the practice of speaking Italian, we got along great. I was thinking I could put you through to him, and y'all could hit it off. He's practiced English with me on Facebook, so he might be better. You can find moderate to hard single pitch and multipitch sport climbing there. It's a beautiful place.
