looking for room to rent in SLC

Hey all
I’m a ski patroller/mountain guide who will be moving back to Salt Lake City for the winter and am seeking a place to live, preferably in the sugar house or mill creek areas but I would be fine with any area with close access to I-80. I’m hoping to keep rent+utilities under $550 or $600 or so a month.

About me: 28 years old
Skier/climber/outdoorsy dude
No pets
Non-smoker
Non-partier(at least not at my own place)
Clean and generally keep to myself

i know lots of good jokes and tell fun stories....and what could be more convenient than having a climbing/skiing partner always at your disposal!

I’ll be looking for a place starting early October (October 1st if possible, but I’m flexible).
