Aaron Cassebeer, Patrick O'Donnell, and I completed our new route Lenticular Gyrations (12c, 9p) on the Incredible Hulk last weekend, two years to the day after starting the process. The name is a play on the Hulk's classic route "Positive Vibrations," but also incorporates the Sierra Wave's famous lenticular cloud formations.

Route info, photos, and topo can be found here: mountainproject.com/v/lenti...

It's ready and waiting for a second ascent.

Story of the fist ascent written by Aaron Cassebeer. He recounts the challenges, ultimate payoff, high and low times of putting up a new route in the Sierra backcountry.
