I've actually been digging the vegan climber guy on YouTube. Even if he's a bit ridiculous and unintentionally self-parodying, his videos are solid and he pointed out some things that were useful to me.

I stumbled on him yesterday and I thought some of his insights were really useful. For example, I really don't utilize the drop-knee often enough and will probably help me with endurance on long overhanging routes that typically wear me out.
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
