My husband and I are working at Lake Wenatchee State Park the month of September. Our days off are Mon, Tue, Wed. We are retired government employees so we had the good fortune to retire at age 55. Climbing was our retirement hobby so we’ve only been climbing for about 3 years. I lead sport 5.7. I will follow 5.8 and some 5.9 and 5.10. We both belay for sport and top-rope. I would love to follow some 5.8 and 5.9 routes (remember I’m only comfortable leading 5.7 or less). Either one of us can belay harder routes for you if you want to climb 5.9 or above. I am willing to pay up to $25 for gas to get you here. Also, if you want to spend the night at the campground you can pitch a tent for free on our site (we have a spare tent if you don’t have one). Contact me if you are interested in climbing with us the month of September in Leavenworth.
