found helmet and stuff.

You probably go to City Rock. You definitely climbed at Phantom Menace wall in Phantom Canyon. You're very likely a girl (small watch, skull sticker has a flower on it). The helmet is coming apart in cosmetic ways, but you could still use it. No, that is not a rope the helmet is sitting on. It's some sort of wrap with a rope pattern printed on it.

Isn't a neck warmer known as a scarf?

It's a tube of stretchy fabric, actually. Never seen such a thing before, really.

is that not a buff?

do they not have buffs in CO?

edit: i don't think this'll help you identify the owner, but if you aren't susceptible to cold necks, you might try it for sunburn. i pull the top up under my helmet so it stays in place.

A buff you say? No, we all wear balaclavas. It's a Turkish sweet that we hammer into a pancake and then wrap around our necks.

Bump. Someone needs their helmet back.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
