Hey all! New to the forum but climber for four years and been using this as a resource.
Back on April 15th I had a climbing injury and completely tore my TFCC, partially tore the scapholunate ligament and ended up with a ganglion cyst to complete the holy trinity of wrist issues. I ended up completely tearing the ligament last week on accident despite not having climbed for months.
But now I have surgery coming up to repair everything and I wanted to see if anyone who has gone through something similar had advice about recovery/rehab outside of rest and eventually PT.
Any info would really help me out. I work at a climbing gym in the Bay Area and it's killing me not being able to climb!! ):
