I will be heading to Castlegregory, Ireland the first week of July with a friend. I've done a small amount of research, but information seems to be scattered a bit and fairly limited for the area. Anyone got some beta or perhaps a good source to get some?

Cheers!
Gavin

Facebook group called 'Irish Climbers' if you're a facebooking person. Also climbing.ie/ and wiki.climbing.ie/index.php/....

Pretty much no bolts in the whole country though so its trad or bouldering.

This is only 15 miles away.

Dunshean Head

Think the main route up the stack is 5.8ish?

Ah thank you very much! I will check out the facebook group and the websites you suggested! That picture is getting me pretty excited! Though I'm mainly a sport climber, my friend I'll be climbing with has many years of trad experience. What better place to get some more trad leads in than on the coasts of Ireland, can't wait!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
