Looking for a professional, middle aged roommate that is clean and respectful. Not a party house but okay with the occasional get together. $700 for the upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom. Current tenant is a 30 year old female. Professional, quiet, clean, and a solid climber. I'll be sad to leave the house and the great roommate. Pets negotiable.
