i just started the power phase of the RCTM and while warming up, reached for a hold and tweaked my shoulder. Hurts to raise it over my head. Has anyone experienced this? How long am I looking before I can climb again?
More importantly, I'm leaving in a month in a 2-month road trip and was excited because I was feeling stronger than ever already. How can I maintain my strength as I heal? After I get better should I jump right back into power or should I do another mini strength phase?
