Hey all,

I'm looking to climb the Nose by the end of this season and am looking for a dedicated partner to do it with.

My specs: 5.11+ sport (5 years experience), 5.10- trad (1 year experience includes Epinephrine, Beeline @ the Hulk, Central Pillar of Frenzy and East Buttress on Middle Cathedral, Time Wave Zero at Potrero, ....)
My rack: Doubles .3 to 4, Singles .1 .2 5, Offsets .1 to .5, ladders, aiders, pulley, medium haul bag

My plan is to have a October run at the Nose. Prior to then, as many trips to Needles, the Hulk, Taquitz, Red Rocks, and Yosemite as I can muster.

I'm not hell bent on getting it this season if it's not prudent, but I want to give it a real effort to get there.

Looking for experience and motivation (and of course someone I can spend long weekends with).

I live in Long Beach, so SoCal area is the most convenient.

Hey Adam I'm looking for a partner for the last week of May. I know this is earlier than your goal but let me know if you want to discuss. My climbing grades are similar to yours and I also lived in long beach for years. Located in San Francisco these days.

Hey guys! I'm totally down for getting on the Nose. I've climbed Moonlight Buttress, Spaceshot and the standard route on the Rainbow wall in Vegas as bigwalls. I climbed up to sickle this past season and it was pretty mellow. I'm psyched to get back on it. Would love to go and climb Washington's column or similar with someone to work out our logistics and then get on the Nose. I've got all the necessary climbing gear including portaledge. I'm 46 and have been climbing for 20+ years. I'd be down for something in May for sure. Hope to hear back from you.

Awesome! I'm doing Needles for Memorial Day weekend with some friends if you want to meetup there and do a bit more chill climbing to become introduced.

Otherwise, do you want to plan a long weekend, maybe 4-5 days in the Valley in June to get on something a bit shorter, but still technical to get some logistical items down prior to making a push later in the season for the main event. Feel free to shoot me an email to coordinate specifics
