I would not recommend climbing it in the winter. Because the base camp is already 17,000ft, the entire mountain should be covered in snow throughout the year, even in the summer. Climbing it in the winter will probably increase the chance of avalanche.

Was actually referring to any endeavor in the winter, not necessarily this climb. But I appreciate the feedback!
