Please do not add a bolted Anchor/Rap station on the top of P3 of Cat in The Hat

I was climbing CITH the other day and came across what appeared to be someone drilling holes for a new anchor at the top of P3:

This was about 10' higher and to the left of the rappel tree. First off, adding new fixed anchors is currently illegal. More importantly, this would be a horrible spot for an Anchor/rap station.

There are 2 or 3 really good spots to build a solid and comfortable belay on this line directly above this. As crowded as CITH gets you can have parties going up and down through this spot without too much of a mess.(except when people going up use the rappel tree as an anchor.) If an anchor was added in this spot, people going up and down would use it creating a serious choke point on the route.

Hopefully the people that drilled the holes came to their senses and completely abandoned the project.
