Wanted to see if anyone is interested in meeting up for training sessions. I'm about to start a Rock Prodigy-inspired periodized program to prepare for the spring season. I've got the motivation to do it solo, but misery loves company, right?
This'll be my second season formally training. If you're new to this, I'm happy to help you establish a program and share what I know, but I'm certainly not a real trainer. :D
I'm planning to go in after work, but could be convinced to be part of the morning crew around 6am.
