Got hit by a car while riding my bike over the weekend. Broke both my wrists so needless to say, my training plan is completely derailed. Besides ride a stationary bike, it seems the only exercise I can safely do are ground based core exercises that don't involve the wrists (i.e. planks, sit-ups). Since I can comfortably rest on my elbows, the sling trainer seems like a good option. I know the basic "plank crunch" and full leg extension (getting as straight as you can while on your elbows fully extended. Obviously you can add a twist to the crunch to incorporate obliques, but I'd love some more diversity. If anyone has any suggestions, they'd be most appreciated. Video links are usually best but a thorough description would also work. Thanks.
