This will take some work, but with your hand in a clinched fist, have the artist tattoo your outside index finger/thumb area to look like a cam. When you do a fist jam; it will look like a cam is placed. Do it to both hands for really bomber placements.

its not exactly a climbing tattoo but it is a knot so i suppose it kind of counts. i got this done this past july.

You should get a quick draw on your face with the biners around each eye. Then roam local climbing spots at night with all your gear as the Crag Crusader!
