Free gym day today, south metro.

Lifetime Fitness in Centennial is having an open house (free) weekend. Its no RJ2 by any means, but still OK for a workout. Having only one partner there is just killing me. Mandatory disclaimer: my outside day is tomorrow, yes I know its too nice to be in a gym.

$90 a month?

Seriously!?! That's outrageous. I'm at $50. Not sure its worth that.

Damn!!! The lifetime fitness back in chicago (Vertical Endeavors) had membership sales for like $260 for a year and it was an awesome gym. Gym memberships out here (colorado) are pretty wacky. Who wants to pay $75-100/month to climb in a gym when you can climb year round outside?

From Nautilus to Bally's to 24 Hour Fitness, I'm 30 year workout guy; but only if there's zero chance of any climbing. That this LTF opens up about a mile from me with all the amenities and has OK climbing is a bonus. But if they want $90 a month, that's distressing. This part of town is already dominated by lawyers and brokers (raquetball dude), making finding partners near impossible.
