Custom mountaineering boots?

I am in search of a custom mountaineering boot maker for my wide feet (I mean SERIOUSLY wide).
So far I've come across John Calden Boots and Esatto Boots, but neither seem to offer a double lined mountaineering boot.
Looking to use for doing a climb like Rainier.
Anyone can help would be much appreciated!
