What happened to the WaveBolt?

I've heard from a couple of people that "something" is going on with the Wavebolt company. Are they producing bolts still?

Has the "Wavebolt company" produced much in the last 5+ years? 

My understanding was that Climbtech took over production. It looks like the Climbtech website has wave bolts available to order currently.

My normal source doesn't have them in stock tho.
