Good Morning, I am looking for recommendations for a casual day out cragging with my wife and 9 yo son.  We will be driving through mid July and looking for an area with sport routes in the 5.7 to 5.11 range.  Thanks!

Lots of well bolted moderate slab climbs, easy access and safe base areas for kids. Probably pretty hot in July though!

Thanks!.  I just checked out the page and I saw this.  "Per Stewart M. Green: the routes on Ripple Wall are closed indefinitely due to continuing rockfall from above."  Do you happen to know if this is a current issue?

I am unsure, you may wish to message Stewart M. Green as he is an MP user and established many of the routes at RRCOS. Per this page, only 1 route is closed.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
