If you're an AAC member you can get $15 off your order at BackcountryGear if you spend $75 (add a racking carabiner to your order to get you there) & free shipping

...obviously not in stock yet though

For sale, or just a display model? That's super strange to get one set in for retail.

For sale (from what I heard from the guy behind the counter). Yes it's strange, but from what I heard they ordered 6 sets, and only got one. Same thing happened w/ everyone and their mother when totems came out, from what I understand.

Just picked up a set from Bentgate. They are in stock there.

Rock and Snow in New Paltz just got them in today.  Picked up an extra #4.  They have a bunch on stock.

Mine just arrived today from Backcountry Gear. Head width and feel is pretty comparable to the X4s. The DMMs are a tad more flexible in the stem, and along with a smaller camming angle, have a smaller range. Hope to take 'em out tomorrow!

Go get 'em Ryan. For your sake, I hope you climb something that takes bigger gear as well as the new Dragonflys...

Just caught a decent sized (8' with stretch?) fall on a red C3 Monday. Bomber.

I just got this email from campsaver. Last week I was told they would be in next week and I was #18 in line. Anyone else hear from them?

Thank you for your email, we recently heard from DMM that we won't be getting those cams back in stock for a while, unfortunately we haven't been given an ETA for when we're supposed to get those.

Yes.  Similar.  I’m like 12th.  Basically, campsaver is low priority for dmm because many shops have these now.   Only reason I’m keeping my backorder active is because I got them 20 percent off.

My British buddy sent me this pic. That is a black alien on the right! Oh, baby. Drool, drool.

Apparently they get them faster in Blimey....

I’ll try to post a thorough comparison photo collection in a couple days with the 4 smallest dragonflys, c3’s, X4’s, black and blue totems, and UL MC’s. Thanks to Dick’s Climbing for saving a set for me, those guys rock  :)   #NotAnAd

As promised:
C3 000 and 00 vs 1, 2, & 3 Dragonfly. Difference in head width is so negligible I may be selling my C3 000...

C3 000 vs. #1 Dragonfly

C3 00 vs. #2 Dragonfly

Metolius UL MC 00 and 0 vs 2 & 3 Dragonfly

UL MC 00 vs #2 Dragonfly

UL MC 0 vs #3 Dragonfly

Black Totem vs #3 Dragonfly
Black Totem probably matches better w/ #4 Dragonfly...but I already have too many black totems, so didn't buy one.

We've got them at Teton Mountaineering in Jackson!

I just emailed Campsaver about my order and they told me that it was never going to come so I could swap for something else or get a full refund.

Chose the refund.

Anyone know a good online deal for some Dragonflys???

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
